Salary and benefits are extremely generous:    Starting salary is approximately $72,000.00 based on years of experience.  A $10,000.00 Sign-On Bonus plus Dental, Vision, 401K Matching Retirement Plan and Paid Relocation are all part of this generous package.  Vacation and holidays start accruing immediately after start date and excellent medical plan is available to begin after first month.  Floating is not required and advancement possibilities are abundant.  Self scheduling is also offered. There is virtually no hold. This is not a stressful ER - lower than average patient visits.
