FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE - EMHS

Key Responsibilities
Point of contact for all hotel guests; make/change/assign/cancel reservations; check-in & check-out guests; balance guest accounts/rooms and cash/credit card/direct bills each shift; first responder; reports as required; cross train & work shifts in other positions as needed

Job Requirements
Excel at customer service; team player; ability to multi-task and make good decisions in stressful situations with little or no supervision; use keyboard, calculator, fax and other office equipment easily; familiarity with Windows; some lifting to help with guest luggage generally not over 25lbs; clean guestrooms if necessary; flex position w/shift differential to cover primarily 6:30am-3pm & 2:30pm-11pm including weekends and holidays as hotel needs require; frequent additional shifts available to cover other positions based on hotel needs Previous hotel or tourist-related experience preferred.
