Accu-Chart specializes in systems for two areas of hospitals, the pharmacy, and the operating room.  Our pharmacy packaging products are designed to prevent mistakes through unit dose and barcodes. 

Our operating room products are designed to prevent accidents through patent pending organization methods, and products. These systems are sold to hospitals all over the world.  Some of our local customers in the Chicago area are:  University of Illinois Medical Center, Children’s Hospital, Cook County, Provena Medical Center, etc.  Our main mission is to contribute to the reduction of medication errors and to save lives!

 

Job Description:



We are growing rapidly and are seeking candidates that are proven appointment setters, self-confident, persuasive, energetic, and goal oriented.

Your responsibilities will include: Calling targeted hospitals pharmacy directors and other key pharmacy management to set appointments to make presentations of our products. Prepare quotations and cost analysis for potential customers as needed.Follow-up and qualify all leads generated through marketing campaigns, shows, advertisements, etc. Maintain ACT database current and generate reports to measure performance.Call existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and to keep them abreast of new products and services.Install equipment sold, provide training at customer’s facility and technical support as needed by customer which is usually done by telephone.Traveling within the US 20-25%

Job Requirements:2  years or more of successful sales and customer service experience.  Hospital pharmacy and operating room experience is a plus.Excellent communication skills: telephone, written and internet.  Candidates should be articulate, outgoing, professional, and have positive attitude.Successful experience with cold calling selling. Team oriented, goal and results driven. Creative problem solver. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet, ACT is a plus.Mechanically inclined to be able to provide technical support.Be able to make professional and confident presentations in front of numerous management personnel.  Presentations will typically take one hour of give and take between you and your audience.
