Facilities Compliance Supervisor

 

This position provides for Environment of Care compliance and oversight at both

Quincy Mental Health Center (QMHC) and Westborough State Hospital; develops and implements environmental management plans; coordinates with outside contractors and municipal entities for QMHC; oversees ordering of equipment and supplies; organizes and supervises the work performance of QMHC maintenance staff and contracted utilities maintenance staff; utilizes CAMIS (Capital Asset Management Information System) to manage the

Preventative Maintenance program; coordinates implementation of capital projects; maintains documentation necessary to support facility compliance with Joint Commission standards and local fire codes and regulations.

Applicants must have the ability to read, interpret and apply written standards, codes and regulations; demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communications with senior leadership staff, surveyors, contractors and inspectors; have knowledge of NFPA Life Safety Codes and Joint Commission Environment of Care Standards; and demonstrate the ability to use web-based applications, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
