Facility Operation Assistant

Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center is a world renowned organization dedicated to the progressive control and cure of cancer through programs of patient care, research, and education.

The Operations Assistant conducts routine and scheduled work in the maintenance and operation of the cleanrooms and laboratories of the Cell Therapy Facility . Resposibilities include conducting air and surface sampling for bioburden in all areas that have environmental classification, record maintenance, and ordering of work-related supplies. Oversee or conduct equipment installation, maintenance, and calibration.

Associates Degree in any Science or Engineering area; Prefer one year working in an FDA-regulated industry, in a laboratory or QA function; Ability to move/work in and around the equipment, lift equipment up to 20 pounds overhead, in and out of the autoclave.
