Silverado At Home is currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Representative to join our growing service line as a Family Ambassador in the Orange County area.


At Silverado At Home, we serve our clients by giving life through meaningful engagement in the setting of their choice. We serve the families of our clients by providing peace of mind that their loved ones are receiving the highest quality of care and assistance.


General responsibilities will include:

-  Interprets Silverado programs and services to prospective residents, clients and their families from first call through initiation of service.

-  Manage all direct inquiries into the At Home Branch office including appropriate data entry and follow up.

-  Serve as a liaison to all other Silverado sales/marketing personnel within the region.

-  Develop referral relationships with agreed upon “specialty” targets.

-  Communicates Silverado’s mission through public speaking and membership and participation in community events such as Memory Walks, trade shows and health fairs as needed.

Ideal candidate background and experience will include:

-  Baccalaureate degree in Marketing or related field preferred.

-  At least two to three years experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

-  Knowledge and experience working with people having Alzheimer’s disease and their families highly desirable.
