As a Field Engineer you will be responsible for designing, configuring, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer networks and related hardware and software on customer premises. You must possess the abilities to communicate with technical resources outside Misys to resolve vendor specific issues. You should be able to recognize incorrect operational techniques on the part of the client and take appropriate measures to educate them on the proper operating procedures.The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, self-motivated and have the ability to communicate well with others.
