Responsibilities: The FIELD SERVICES COORDINATOR is responsible for the clerical and scheduling functions for the Care Team, and for facilitating the operations of the agency. He/she works under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Clinical Services, Director of Clinical Services or designee.Qualifications: High school graduate with (2) years medical office experience; including scheduling and/or homecare coordination experience preferred. A Licensed Vocation/Practical nurse is a preferred candidate for this position. Must possess competent computer skills, with windows-based experience required. Willing/able to be trained on software package used by agency.
