We have an excellent opportunity for a Field Support Specialist in our Glen Allen, VA office .This position will provide administrative and operational support for ECC account managers by performing such functions as needed to maintain customer service and operational efficiency to staff, affiliate staff and volunteers. Support will include filing, data entry, mail distribution, distant administrative support for account managers, report management and dissemination and coordination of meeting materials. Will be primary phone contact for staff, accounts and volunteers, prepare travel arrangements/logistics for mid-level manager, handle logistics for Community Strategies committee and affiliate related meetings and conferences as directed by the Account Manager and Field Support Specialist, gains expertise in, and utilizes, customer management system (Siebel) for all appropriate data collection, retention and tracking. This position requires the ability to travel within assigned territory, which may involve occasional overnight stays and/or weekends. Minimum Experience Required:Bachelor's degree in business or customer support preferred. Minimum of 2 years related experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook) and experience in supporting multiple staff, which require strong skills in project and time management.
