Finance Analayst II

The Financial Analyst II provides analytical support through a complete knowledge of the organization's information structure. The position provides analytical and consultative support to key departmental management and stakeholders through the evaluation and understanding of how departmental financial information integrated into the day-to-day operations. This position uses various information systems to provide data and information. The position will assist in the planning, budgeting, financial reporting and financial support of all clinical, operational departments and service lines. This position is responsible for the interpretation of data/information requests from users in identifying the correct venue for information and its interpretation into understandable terms. Required Skills: Three to five years of financial experience including two to four years in healthcare. Bachelor's degree in business with a major in finance or accounting required. A CPA is highly preferred. Highly developed knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Highly developed knowledge of financial systems (general ledger, materials management, billing, etc.). Highly developed knowledge of financial, database and graphics software.
