 Finance Manager

As Finance Manager, you will coordinate the preparation of monthly financial statements and analyses, information for the Board of Directors and quarterly and annual regulatory filings.  Key responsibilities include reviewing pending journal entries and supporting documentation prior to entry, preparation and submittal of required quarterly statements,  assisting with maintenance and enhancement of general ledger system and working with external auditors to complete annual audit.

 Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and 5-7 years progressive accounting experience required.  2-3 years supervisory experience also required.  CPA preferred.  Experience in healthcare/managed care preferred.  Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and General Ledger systems.  Knowledge of investment management software and current applications used by NYS Insurance Dept a plus.
