Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join us as a Sr. Financial Analyst.

Wexford Health Sources has an excellent opportunity, for a financial analyst with experience in health care, at our corporate headquarters in Greentree. Candidate will gather, analyze and provide in-depth analysis of financial information, workload measures and performance standards for Wexford’s Health Care contracts. Candidate will collect and analyze data necessary to develop pricing assumptions and bids for new business.

Position requirements include:

 

-         Minimum of 5 year’s financial analysis experience, preferred in a health care setting.

-         Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field required.

-         Demonstrated experience in analyzing, interpreting and providing forecasts of revenue streams and expenses.

-         Experience in productivity and performance measures.

-         Collect and collate utilization data for statistical analysis.

-         Demonstrate the ability to develop and manage effective and responsive financial reporting and analysis systems.

-         Experience with productivity analysis determining FTE requirements and labor allocation

-         Experience in Cost Modeling Forecasting, and performance standards

-         Strong analytical, technical and communication skills required

-         Microsoft office expertise, specifically Excel and Word
