Financial Coordinator

ImmediaDent is a multi group dental practice focusing on convenience and quality patient care. ImmediaDent serves the dental community on a walk-in basis or by appointment, 7 days a week from 9:00am-9:00pm every day. Our company is built on the principal of serving our patient on their time not ours. We offer outstanding compensation, excellent benefits, & 3 day work weeks.

We are looking for Financial Coordinators to join out staff.

 

Essential Duties: Update insurance information on all patients at all times Submit treatment plans for predetermination of benefits Determine Patient level of dental insurance coverage and assist Patients in determining payment options Call patients after a difficult treatment visit Prepare claim forms for patients with dental insurance Organize supporting materials for claim forms, such as radiographs or written narratives Assist in the resolution of problems with third-party payers Prepare billing statements promptly and accurately mail billing statements as directed by the Business manager Conduct collection efforts for customer accounts in accordance with company policy and legal requirements. Administrative duties – letters, mailings, etc.



Essential Requirements: 2 years dental office exp. preferred 2 years medical/dental insurance experience essential Experience in medical / dental collections Attention to detail / organizational skills Ability to work fast paced environment Strong oral / written communication skills
