Financial Planning Analyst; Decision Support; 180 E. Broad Street

JOB DETAILS: Scheduled hours per week: 40.00, Begin and end Times: 8-5; Days of work: M-F SUMMARY: To assist in the preparation of routine financial analysis, information technology and other pro-forma and capital analysis, preparation of the long range financial plan (LRFP) and service line analysis. Assists the Senior Financial Planning Analyst in reviewing existing services for profitability, return on assets, and projects complicated in scope. Prepare other routine financial analysis as necessary. REQUIREMENTS:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation, Credentials, Licenses: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or accounting.Specialized Knowledge: Basic computer skills (i.e., working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products. Intermediate level or high in Excel.Kind and Length of Experience: One to three years experience in a financial analyst role DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONSEducation, Credentials, Licenses: MBA with an emphasis in finance preferred.Specialized Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, Lotus Notes and familiarity with budgeting, accounting, financial forecasting, and decision support software. One to three years of finance related experience preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong analytical, technical and written communication skills, paired with knowledge of financial analysis and general business concepts.
