FITNESS ASSISTANT II

 

Laguna Woods property management firm has an opening for a Fitness Assistant II.

 

Responsibilities will include testing residents' aerobic capacity, heartbeat and blood pressure, strength and body composition at various stages of rest and exertion; assessing strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, relaxation and weight; Counseling and preparing individual resident exercise programs; Leading exercise classes.

 

Prefer degree in Excercise Physiology, PE, or related field.  Red Cross First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate required. Part-Time, must be able to work afternoons, evenings Saturdays & holidays.
