Front Desk Coordinator

This dynamic organization is currently searching for a dependable out-going individual who enjoys working with the public to fill a key position in the Mid-Cities Area. The Front Desk Coordinator is the face of the company and has a huge impact upon our quality of service. 

 

Responsibilities of the Front Desk Coordinator include:

 

Scheduling patient appointments;

Greeting patients and visitors in a courteous and helpful manner;

Checking patients in and out of the clinic which includes pulling charts and completing appropriate paperwork;

Answering incoming telephone lines and directing calls to the appropriate party;

Filing;

Mailing;

Faxing;

Maintaining inventory of office supplies and printed forms;

Other duties as assigned by the Clinic Administrator.

 

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

 

High School Diploma

Prior Medical Office Experience is required

Excellent Customer Service Ability

Excellent Organizational Skills

Professional Appearance and Demeanor

Dependable

Computer experience

Bilingual is a plus.
