We’re looking for a positive and energetic person with medical front office experience to work on a team that changes children’s lives.

Cranial Technologies, located in Tempe, manufactures the DOC Band®, a customized medical device that reshapes babies’ heads. Not only do we make the Band (we even invented it!), we have centers around the country to treat the babies who need our product.

As our Front Office Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for all new and existing patients in our Annandale, VA treatment center. You'll be the friendly voice when they call to schedule an appointment or to ask questions and you'll be the helpful person who greets them when they come into our center. 

Our Annandale clinic is located in Northern Virginia, only moments from D.C. and Maryland. Located next to Inova Fairfax Hospital, our clinic is easily reached by the 495 Beltway, Route 66 and Route 50. We just renewed our lease and will finish building out our new space of 4500 sf on February 9, 2007.

Responsibilities: Answering phones in a pleasant and professional manner Scheduling new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy (Practice Management Software) Entering patient information into Intergy Creating charts Filing



Requirements
Must have ability to work 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday Professional appearance and demeanor required Must have intermediate skill level in Word, Excel, and Outlook and either have experience with a Practice Management Software or the ability to learn Must work as a team member and be able to communicate professionally and effectively A positive attitude is must Prior medical front office experience preferred
