Full-Time Receptionist

Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital is seeking a qualified full-time receptionist to support a high volume emergency practice.  This qualified candidate must have a minimum of three years customer service experience and be able to multitask in a very fast-pace environment.

 

The duties of this person will be varied, but highly focused on ensuring superlative service to referring veterinarians and clients.  Attributes necessary include, but are not limited to, excellent communication and listening skills, self-motivation, ability to complete short and long-term goals efficiently, pride in personal achievement, accountability, superlative professionalism and flexibility.  Duties would include document preparation and handling, high volume telephone answering, and practice coordination.

 

Medical or veterinary office experience with knowledge of our veterinary software, DVMax, is preferred, but not required.  Proficiency with Windows based programs, and answering multiple phone lines is a necessity.  The hours for this position will be:

 

Sunday - Wednesday: 1:30PM - 12:00AM
