Full Time Sales Executive

Position

We are searching for a sales executive for the Mid-South Region.  The development of a strong relationship between the sales executive and healthcare organizations, physicians, and clients is essential to succeed in this position.



Job Responsibilities

· Making sales calls to hospitals, physician practices, assisted living facilities and other agencies to determine need and create awareness.

· Facilitating discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physical/occupational therapists and rehab departments.

· Conducting inservices and lunch meetings to provide product education to clinic nurses, practice managers, physicians, home health nurses.

· Providing total customer service including demonstrating equipment to prospective customers and product education. Ability to follow the healthcare facility’s policies and procedures, regarding equipment delivery and pick-ups.

· Providing professional and courteous service in patient homes. Listens to and resolves service complaints.

· Developing and maintaining customer relationships and selling opportunities.



Requirements


 H/S Diploma, Some College Experience Required 

· Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the sales field

· Experience working in a salaried/commission field

· Excellent Driving Record

· Must have the desire and drive to succeed in a competitive field

· Outgoing, self-motivated, with excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently with attention to detail.





Compensation

For the first five weeks this position is paid on salary and then switches to Commission Only on Week 7.  After the first six weeks, a strong and consistent base should have been established allowing the sales executive to maintain a comprehensive weekly compensation based only on commission that has been generated from the previous weeks’ work. 1099 or W-2 Available
