This is an excellent Home Health Care opportunity for you as an experienced Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (PT) to be associated with a highly respected health care provider which is PAPER LESS and Internet based to serve the Dallas and Fort Worth areas.  You'll be part of a company that has developed an exceptional reputation in the marketplace as a premier provider of home health and rehabilitation therapy services. 

 

As a key member of our highly experienced Field Staff, you'll provide exceptional home health services to patients - working with them from admission through follow ups and throughout their plan of care.   Schedules are available Monday through Friday and weekend visits are also available. 

 

Requirements:IV experience is preferred.  Wound care experience is preferred.
