Sr. Business Analyst Skills Required: Functional Sr. Business Analyst, Contract Management System, System Implementations Job Description: Functional Sr. Business Analyst - Content Management SystemProject: Contract Management System Implementation Duration: 8 months w/ possible extensionWhat will you be doing?As a member the Contract Management System Implementation Team, you will have the opportunity to:• Interact with key stakeholders to understand their business requirements • Learn the features and configurable aspects of a Contract Management System • Test the application within the client's business context • Develop and execute the data migration of legacy contracts • Partner with end users to facilitate the transition to the new systemWhat do you need to qualify?• Minimum or equivalent of a BA/BS degree is required • 3-6 years of IS experience (formal consulting experience a plus) • Experience with creating business process flows (current and proposed) • Professional client-facing presence • Self-motivated • Client-service focused • Strong business relationship management skills • Strong analytical skills and effective problem solving • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Works well with teams or in a team environment • Experience in change management • Experience in vendor management • Proficiency with Microsoft business applications including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and VisioSystem Implementation Related Requirements:• Contract Management system implementation experience preferred but not required • Understanding of formal SDLC and related project management methodology • Experience with system implementations including: o Planning o Functional requirements gathering o System configuration o Data mapping and conversion o System testing o End user training o Post-Implementation support • High-level understanding of relational databases and web-based applicationsWhat's in it for you?- Competitive pay rate and benefits! - Great opportunity to work for a leader in medical aesthetics industry!Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
