GE/IDX System Analyst

The Physicians Billing Group at the University of California, Irvine has an opening for GE/IDX System Analyst.

 

Under the general supervision of the Associate Director, the incumbent is independently responsible for complex analysis and auditing of the practice management system (PMS). Develops and maintains routine custom reports in order to outline clinical volume, trends, issues and resolutions for Physicians Billing Group Management (PBG). Analyzes and creates process to improve the billing from the clinic environment to the billing department to streamline the pro-fee billing process.  Identifies and communicates with PBG management any trends that may negatively impact the billing office operations; re: registration, charge entry, payment posting and collections, to ensure the implementation of well organized and comprehensive solutions are implemented.
