General Manager

The incumbent is responsible for profit and loss of the Customer Product Unit (CPU) book of business, as well as customer satisfaction and retention. This position oversees a large scope of complex products.

Responsible for profit and loss of the CPU book of business. Ensures data collection and analysis is aligned with CPU initiatives. Ensures revenue/premium is in line with financial goals. Identify opportunity and execute revenue/profit enhancements. Knowledge of health care delivery, financing, regulations, and operations. Customer satisfaction and retention.

Bachelors degree and minimum of 5 years work experience required. MBA preferred. 5 years previous management experience required. Previous experience managing a Sales-Driven organization required. Healthcare Experience Preferred.
