Maxim Healthcare Services in San Francisco is currently looking for qualified HHA's, CNA's, and Caregivers to work on a full time basis with one of the largest and most prestigious senior health organizations in San Francisco. These positions will be full time (40 hours/week) and qualified candidates will be eligible for direct hire by the client upon completion of a short trial period.DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Provide personal care and chore services to participants in their own homes according to the individual treatment plan (i.e. grooming, dressing, showers, peri-care, toileting, housekeeping, preparation of meals, assisting participants to eat, assisting with medications as needed, and laundry).2. Demonstrates safe practices, by utilizing proper body mechanics, adhering to universal precautions, and maintaining environmental safety.3. Interacts and provides services to participants, families and team members in a professional manner (i.e. encourage participation in conversation and activities). Communicates observations to team members.4.
