Gift Shop Assistant - *Part Time*

SUMMARY: Assists the Gift Shop Coordinator with the following: Reconciling sales logs for daily and weekend shifts. Accurate and timely depositing information for verification and processing. Providing Payroll Department with accurate payroll deduction information bi-weekly for processing. Preparing invoices for payment. Working with the Gift Shop Coordinator to prepare annual budget. Responding to volunteer staff vacancies in the gift shop, including Saturdays or Sundays.

EXPERIENCE: *MUST* have a minimum of six months retail sales and/or accounting experience required. Previous experience in working with volunteers preferred. Accounting and computer experience including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Photoshop, and Excel. EDUCATION: High School Diploma. HOURS: Work 32 hours in a 2-week pay period, including Saturday and Sunday work.
