Grant Manager

PACE Staffing Network is a reputable employment agency. We are seeking Grant & Contract Manager applicants for one of our prominent Healthcare organization.

 

In this position you will:

Performs all  grant and contract management duties including subcontract drafting and review,  conflict of interest and other policy implementation, proposal development,  and data systems maintenance

Performs financial and budgetary management tasks such as review of travel expenses, labor distribution templates, invoice review, budget change orders, prior-approval requests & purchase order management.

Meets regularly with Project Managers and research teams to provide regulatory guidance, maintain working knowledge of study progress and help identify potential issues or problems.

Reviews regularly federal and other funding sources for updates, funding opportunities and compliance directives

Produces reports and project analyses on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis as needed for accurate management of accounts,

 

 This position requires:

  3 to 5 years of experience managing grants and contracts Ability to analyze and evaluate budget and other guidelines that are required for the pre and post award of grants and contracts. Great follow through and communication skills to remain knowledgeable about study progress, as well as resolve needs or issues.   Ability to produce reports for forecasting, management, auditing and compliance.
