Relevant Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Career Level: Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Company: NJ MENTOR Group Home Manager - Brain Injury Services Group Home Manager The Group Home Manager will serve as the front line team member who puts the philosophy and vision of the Agency into action through hands-on demonstration to employees and individuals served. Qualifications include: * 1 year experience working with disabled population, brain injury experience preferred. * 2 years experience in-group home management preferred.* Must demonstrate the ability to work with an interdisciplinary team and facilitate an active habilitative program. * Responsible for the operation and administration of the group home which includes personal care, home care, home maintenance, transportation, and staff supervision. * Contribute in the development and execution of individualized rehabilitative plans. * Carries out responsibilities in accordance to licensing standards, policies & procedures, and supervisor requests. * BA degree preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license. Requirements Preferred; BA.  Must posses a valid driver's license
