Through “hands on” training, Healthcare Recruiters will acquire skills to manage a successful recruiting/scheduling department, as well as, learn the “ins & outs” of the home healthcare business to take advantage of growth opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities:

 

·         Recruit healthcare professionals through various sources (e.g., Internet, Referrals, Career Fairs, etc.)

·         Interview and screen candidates

·         Manage external employees (i.e., Healthcare Professionals) and place them within patient’s homes.

·         Provide customer service for patients

·         Consult with patients and internal staff to provide solutions to problems basic to receiving necessary services in patients’ homes

·         Coordinate marketing efforts to attract new healthcare professionals

·         Prioritize and follow through with multiple tasks and goals to increase sales and grow the company.
