Clinical One Case Management Group is currently seeking a HEDIS Registered Nurse for a position in New York, NY.

HEDIS RN- Registered Nurse, Job #126825, New York, NY 10004

Will be responsible for completing auditing and/or medical records review projects. Responsibilities will include medical records reviews, data collection, chart abstractions, reporting and analyses.
 
Must have good communication and computer skills (Data Entry and MS Word). Willingness to travel is a must. Part-time or Full-Time Day Shifts are required (M-F 8-5)
 
Additional Information:
Responsible for setting up appointments with clients split up between the 5 boroughs of NYC for medical chart reviews and medical chart abstraction. Must check into the work site at the end of each week to turn in information obtained. Parking, mileage, subway and toll costs will be reimbursed; must provide receipts. Prepare completed audit files and document into software system in accordance with established guidelines. This includes preparation of final audit summary sheet, discrepancy and disallowed sheets and other audit result documentation while ensuring consistent application of the audit criteria
 
Will be working with to identify and retrieve additional records as needed for the HEDIS project. Will need to perform claims inquires, contact providers and perform data entry.  Must have HEDIS experience able to start immediately and willing to work in Brooklyn and Queens NY-New York.
