HELP DESK SUPPORT TECH

Great entry-level position for a motivated individual seeking to start an IT career in the medical industry.

 

Responsibilities

· Provide assistance to nationwide clients and staff (via phone, email) and onsite staff (via phone, email, or in person) regarding system access and operations, hardware troubleshooting (fax, copier, PC, etc.), and other IT related issues

· Coordinate service calls/repairs for company equipment

· Maintain accurate log of daily services provided

 

Qualifications

· Experience/education in the IT field

· Experience with PC and equipment troubleshooting

· Excellent customer service skills, professional phone etiquette

· Efficient time management and organizational skills

· Weekend and after-hours on-call availability

· Familiarity with clinical laboratory systems considered a huge plus

· Work experience in similar function preferred, but not required
