HIM Document Management Services Applications Consultant II

Orlando Regional Healthcare, is home to Central Florida's only Level 1 Trauma Center. We are currently seeking an HIM Document Management Services Applications Consultant II to join our team of professionals.

 

In this position, you'll be responsible for:

- System testing and documentation of results

- Table management and data entry

- Maintenance of system security to meet state and federal regulations

- Educating and cross-training other team members

- Resolving and documenting problems

- Analyzing business and user needs

- Adhering to a project plan for implementing or upgrading systems

 

To qualify, you must have:

- Bachelor's degree, master's preferred

- RHIT or RHIA credentials or eligibility for credentials

- At least 1 years' experience in HIM operations

- Strong communication, leadership and analytical skills

- Technical aptitude

- Knowledge of Health Information Management workflows

- Health Information Management system application experience and knowledge of organizational process improvement preferred
