Position:

The HR Generalist plays a significant role in the success of the business. This position requires an individual with outstanding communication and written skills.

Position Description:



Primary Responsibilities include:

 Provide accurate compensation information to Finance team for bi-weekly payroll Manage new hire orientation process including reviews of content and presentationCoordinate and manage administration of benefits including health, dental & otherMaintain HR reports including compensation, benefit costs, stock option distributionResponsible for EEOC Compliance projectCoordinate and administer employee terminations including UI and COBRA Assist in educating a growing employee base of policies and proceduresMaintain compensation adjustment forms and employee referral payments/formsMaintain and update organization charts Maintain internal compliance with HR postings Send Manager alerts including team building and birthdays Create and process employee birthday cards

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications include:

 BA/BS 2 years of general human resource experience, including benefits administrationKnowledge of employment laws, both state and federalStrong knowledge of MS Office applications Excellent interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to work in a team environmentExcellent time management skillsMust be pro-active, and self-motivatedLight resume screening and recruiting skills a plusWilling to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and challenging environment
