Human Resources Manager

 

 Spectrum Laboratory Network is a regional clinical laboratory headquartered in Greensboro NC.  Our HR department includes a team of Human Resources Managers who support various business units throughout our organization’s service area.  We are looking for an experienced generalist to fill an HR Manager position who will provide support and expertise in the areas of recruiting and employee selection, employee relations and problem solving, policy interpretation and application, supervisor coaching and training, and salary administration.   Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, demonstrated experience in employee relations, ability to juggle multiple priorities required.  Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years human resources experience preferred.  PHR or SPHR certification preferred.  Must have solid computer skills, be detail-oriented and deadline driven, plus possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
