HR Manager-Employee Relations in Health Care

Currently, St. Joseph Hospital, located in Orange, CA is looking for an experienced Human Resource professional with recent health care experience who has a strong Employee Relations background.  We are looking for a seasoned professional who has had success working closely with employees and managers to create a supportive work environment where concerns are clearly addressed and resolved.  In this Service Line Manager role, you’ll directly participate in leadership committees, advisory boards and staff meetings.  You’ll also assist with HR training and performance management as you help integrate HR procedures and policies into the fast paced work setting. 

 

For consideration, you’ll need to have at BA/BS degree and least 8 years of Human Resource experience in a healthcare setting.  While a HR generalist background is valuable, we are specifically looking for someone who has recently worked in a more specialized role and who has been directly involved in employee relations, organizational development and training.
