The company presently operates in 24 states and provides medical services through outpatient pathology laboratories, hospital inpatient laboratories and outpatient surgery centers. About the Opportunity: We have an exciting, short-term/temporary assignment available for an HR/Operations Assistant for our Arvada, Colorado practice. The selected individual will play an integral role in the day to day operations for both the Human Resources and Operations departments. Duties• Process all new hire, payroll and benefit paperwork while ensuring accuracy and completeness; • Maintain personnel, training and medical files • Schedule interviews • Conduct reference checks • Create and place employment ads • Record and prepare meeting minutes • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations • Compose correspondence • Review and code invoices and submit expense reports for payment • Assist with special projects Qualifications• A minimum of two years experience in an administrative role; • Must demonstrate a high level of confidentiality; • Possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills; • Ability to interact and communicate with employees at all levels of the organization; • Excellent oral and written communication skills; • Attention to detail is a must; • Intermediate to advance MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); and • Must be flexible, dependable, work well under pressure, meet daily high productivity, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude.
