HR Specialist/Recruiting Coordinator (Two Openings)

TWO job opportunities in central San Diego within Human Resources!

These are both newly created positions, which are available due to rapid company growth.

Responsibilities will include:

·  HR Coordination of interview schedules

·  Determining specifications for job openings

·  Posting job ads

·  Conducting new-hire orientation

·  Extending offers of employment

·  Processing background checks and drug screens

·  Maintaining internal HR database

·  Sourcing resumes

·  Phone screening candidates to determine if they meet qualifications

·  Interviewing

·  Communication with hiring managers

·  Negotiating job offers

·  Answering employee questions

·  Projects assigned by HR Manager

Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required

·  Minimum of 2 years HR experience

·  Corporate recruiting experience a plus

·  Extreme attention to detail and organization skills

·  Warm, friendly and personable
