Medical Diagnostic Laboratories (MDL) is a CLIA certified clinical laboratory with multiple state licensing, specializing in state of the art, automated DNA based molecular analysis of a variety of chronic and infectious illnesses. MDL specializes and performs Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) with a larger menu of testing available in the field of infectious disease. Our main theme of research is in the field of Gynecology, Infectious Diseases, Infectious Arthritis, Tick-borne Diseases, Mycology, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS).

 

MDL is currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team in our corporate office in Hamilton, NJ. 

 



Responsibilities:

 Enter and Maintain personnel changes in ABRA HRMSAssist with maintenance of Time Card system Assist with LOA AdministrationConduct monthly Benefits Orientation & assist with new hire benefit enrollmentsAssist with recruitment efforts including drafting offer letters, conducting reference checks, and generating rejection lettersAssist with Performance Management Process at corporate officeMaintain personnel files, confidential files, and medical filesMaintain a high level of confidentiality at all timesAssist with special projects as necessaryProvide analytical and administrative support to HR Director as necessary

 

Qualifications:

 

§ Bachelor Degree preferred

§ 1-2 years Human  Resources or Administrative experience is preferred

§ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

§ Strong oral and written communication skills.

§ Must maintain confidentiality regarding all information handled

§ Must be a self starter

§ Must be detail oriented.
