Performs tasks defining market demographics, competitor analysis, prospecting new business and existing account knowledge, in accordance with Concentra policies, practices, and procedures and applicable regulations to achieve objectives of occupational health and safety services.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ' Manages time and territory to accomplish an assigned weekly goal of scheduled appointments, new businesses closed and maintenance calls to meet and exceed the incremental revenue expectations. ' Maintains existing client base to ensure on-going client communication with Center staff and client commitment to Concentra.' Participates with Center Leadership Team to effectively maintain existing accounts, develop new business and address Center operational issues.' Provides accurate and complete sales reports to SAC/ASM/RSM/RVP (as requested) in a timely manner.' Submits appropriate and timely account information for all new and existing employers for input in the Concentra information system (OccuSource).' Participates and attends Center meetings, sales meetings and professional association meetings, outside of regular business hours.' Increases the type and utilization of Concentra services to existing clients through horizontal sales opportunities to include ConcentraCheck, Auto Email, Outcome Assurance Communication Package, OnSite Programs and ADApt/Consulting Services Programs.' Completes the Health Service Manager training program consisting of Employee Orientation, Center Training, Product Knowledge and Field Territory Training. ' Acquires a complete understanding of the occupational health care field to include regulatory compliance issues.' Participates in continuing education programs on company products, services, sales training and industry compliance.
