Responsibilities

This position will lead a team of approximately 50 FTE's with a full compliment of supervisors and team leads to "make it happen." Managing in a fast-paced environment with a Teamwork mentality will be of the utmost importance in achieving success. This is healthcare receivables management at its best.





Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of A/R Management as it relates to healthcare, and must have prior management experience managing supervisors and/or team leads. This is a large scale management position and will require both people and process skills. This position is for an individual who thrives on challenges and enjoys working towards and meeting time lines. (5) plus years Management experience Healthcare receivables Management exposure Solid people and process skills on a large scale Desire to grow personally and professionally
