Healthcare Business Office - Chief Operating Officer / Top Executive
We are a group of 8 top urology practices (25 physicians) in Northern NJ merging together starting 10/1/08. We are seeking a capable and talented COO/CFO with a CPA, MBA, or Finance degree and experience in health care management or finance. Pre-merger responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating all aspects of the merger with the merger consultant, attorney, accountants, and individual practice managers while setting up the common billing office and ancillary services ventures. Post-merger responsibilities include COO/CFO duties running a large medical practice having 8 offices and annual revenues in excess of $20 million. Negotiation of contracts with our healthcare partners will be essential.
