We are currently seeking talented, Healthcare Agents for our upcoming training classes at our Minneapolis call center. 

Great Working Hours:   Permanent full-time, Monday-Friday, no evenings or weekend

The following are the requirements for Healthcare Agents:

 Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment Insurance or medical billing or coding knowledge helpful Proficiency working with computers Typing skills High school diploma or GED

 

Skills in the following areas are critical to success in this role:

 Problem-solving ability Strong communication skills Self-motivated
