As a Healthcare Decision Support Coach, you would help our members make positive healthcare choices by giving them telephonic advice. This is an opportunity to step away from direct care while improving members’ health. There are varied shifts available (with shift differential pay) including days, evenings and nights, with every other weekend required. After the chosen candidate has proven his or her ability, there may be a work-from-home option.
