We are enhancing the effectiveness, scalability and productivity of audits by combining the expertise of seasoned facility claims auditors with sophisticated technology and process excellence.  T3 is looking to hire experienced facility claims auditors to join its team to share in the success. 

 

Responsibilities:Review and analysis of hospital claims to identify the discrepancies between charges, medical records, contracts and enrollment data.Use hospital and payor systems to locate and review the medical records and claims dataUse data analysis reports for more effective identification of the billing discrepancies.Communicate with hospital departments regarding the discovered billing discrepanciesUnderstand and follow HIPAA rules regarding access to protected health information

 

Requirements:Bachelors degree in a clinical or health-related field3+ years of healthcare claims auditing experience with at least 2 years of facility claims auditing experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar toolsExcellent interpersonal communication and problem solving skills

 

Work Conditions:Work from homeFlexible hours, requiring a commitment of  20-45 hours per week10% travelAvailability of a broadband connection to the internet
