Required Skills:
-Bachelor degree in healthcare or a closely related field is preferred, although an equivalent combination of formal education and recent and related experience may substitute for a degree
-Five years of provider relations experience in a managed care setting, three years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity Reasoning Skills: Highly complex decision making responsibility.
-Requires application of analytical methods and applied experience to develop new approaches or multiple alternatives and considerable judgment is required to select the most effective solution. Strong analytical capability. Must be able to understand and correct complex logical problems.
-Oral/Written Communication Skills: Communicates, writes, advises and counsels on complex matters.
-RN Management opportunities require Registered Nurse (RN) with current Connecticut state licensure
