Concentra is seeking to hire a Healthcare Program Manager to work in our New Britain, CT market. This is a full time opportunity working primarily day shift but some shift flexibility is required to be able to cover off shifts as necessary. Qualified candidates will be highly organized and have good customer service, communication and computer skills. Requires LPN, C-MA, EMT or possibly RN. Must have some previous supervisory experience, knowledge of industrial health related issues including: UDS, BAT, CPR / first aid instruction, OSHA, employee health and wellness. Experience with financial statements is a plus. Must be willing and able to travel locally in the market as needed. EOE.This position will be responsible for the successful growth and maintenance of the Concentra at Work Programs throughout the market. Will assist with the development and management of defined product lines for Concentra at Work including: Ancillary On-Site Services, Safety and Occupational Health Consulting Services, ADApt Services, Training and Education Programs.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the financial performance and growth of the Concentra at Work Program.Prepare and maintain tracking records for allocating the revenue and expense for all services performed.Responsible for on-site service staffing needs and identification of qualified vendors to provide services that cannot be delivered by internal personnel. To ensure compliance with Concentra policies and procedures in the delivery of these services.Assist the Director of Operations and Regional Sales Manager in developing a service delivery model that will allow the Concentra at Work Program to be fully integrated with Concentra market operations, sales, physical therapy, and billing.Monitor market place trends and gathers competitive information. Recommends revisions in pricing structure and services when necessary.Work with clinical market leadership and within corporate guidelines to ensure all necessary clinical standards are met.Ensure that all current prospective employees and vendors have appropriate credentials and certifications.Coordinate and manage scheduling for all Concentra at Work services.Adhere to all policies and protocols that have been implemented to streamline the departmental operations (ie. department database, confirmation letters, billing process, monthly tracker, etc.)Other duties as assigned.
