Job Description

As a Recruiter your responsibilities will include recruiting medical professionals nationwide, screening and recommending employment of qualified candidates to the Account Management team. You will provide reference checks, background checks, and skills assessments to medical facilities and coach candidates during the placement process. You must become familiar with policies and requirements of each medical facility and assist with employee relations of health care workers for hospitals nationwide.

 

Additional responsibilities include:
- Profiling potential candidates through prospecting, qualifying and interviewing
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with recruited candidates
- Acting as agent on behalf of healthcare professionals by collaborating with Sales Account Managers to facilitate interviews and job offers
- Negotiating contracts including pay rates, travel arrangements and per diems
- Responsible for coordinating travel, lodging and itineraries for temporary assignments

Qualifications
Previous sales, staffing, recruiting or healthcare experience is not required but highly desirable. We provide a comprehensive training and mentor program. The perfect candidate will be able to close sales, handle pressure, problem solve quickly, posses computer skills, independent judgment, interviewing and people skills and competitive drive.
