Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting Manager

Healthcare WORKS is a leading provider of healthcare professionals in the Baltimore Washington Metropolitan area.  We are looking for an experienced, energetic and motivated person to lead our staffing and recruiting efforts in our Owings Mills, MD office.  Our companies purpose is to provide highly skilled Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Nurse Aides and Respiratory Therapists (RRT/CRT) to virtually every hospital and nursing home in the region.

Our company is based out of Falls Church, VA and needs a person capable of multi tasking at a very high level to run our Maryland office.  The company opened up the Owings Mills office three years ago so the person we hire will be coming into an already established and vibrant environment that will keep even the best candidate on his or her toes. 

Healthcare WORKS has exceptionally high standards in the way we go about meeting our clients needs.  The right candidate will have to be the type of person that feeds off of making customers and employees happy every day.  They will also need to have the ability to assess market opportunities and be willing to take action to increase company sales and profitability.

We are looking for someone who has concrete experience in the recruiting and or staffing industry.  Salary is negotiable based on the level of experience.  A college degree is highly preferred.
