Heathcare Contracting Manager

MedFinance has a great opportunity to fill a new Healthcare Contracting Manager position in our Chicago office.  We have a network of hospitals, surgery centers, physicians and other health care providers to provide care for workers compensation cases.  We need you to help grow the network and for this we offer excellant benfits and high growth potential!  This position has great base pay plus an attractive incentive.

 

Responsibilities include:

·         Negotiate contracts with hospitals, doctors, and other medical providers

·         Manage addition and removal of providers from network

·         Handle single-patient, one-time agreements to ensure care for injured workers

 

Requirements for this role are:

·         Excellent contract negotiation skills

·         Excellent communication

·         Well networked with hospital decision makers, doctors, and other medical providers
