Help Desk Administrator

Solis Women’s Health has an immediate need for a Help Desk Administrator to handle end user support in our Central Plano location. Coverage is Monday through Friday during normal working hours but some extended hours may be necessary.  Candidates must be customer focused, professional, technically sound with standard Windows PC operating systems and able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.  The Administrator should be able to work with limited supervision/direction and be able to prioritize work effectively.

Primary Job Responsibilities Include the Following: Create & Monitor helpdesk service requests and interact with clinic and corporate office staff to provide updates and closure to standard PC/printer/application break-fix tasks; installing vendor software, resetting passwords; Deployment of new PCs/printers/faxes/phones, up to and including  unpacking of items, OS-level installs, execution of local scripts and physical deployment of hardware. 

Minimum requirements:

· 2-3 years prior experience with end user Helpdesk/desktop support

· Experience with TracK-IT Professional or Enterprise software

· Comfortable supporting Windows 2000 and Windows XP desktops, Dell workstations and notebooks

· Familiar with Ghost and VPN

· Familiar with building and deploying PCs

· Experienced providing Remote Access support

· Experience with Active Directory Management

· Prior Help Desk experience supporting PACS or Radiology Information Systems preferred

· Familiar with Lexmark, HP, and Dell printer management, up to and including physical replacement and network programming

· High School Graduate

· Associates Degree or equivalent technical training/certifications

· MCDST or MCSA considered a plus

The Help Desk Administrator must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance

and must be able to travel to Solis clinic sites as needed.
