Position Description:

This position provides Information Technology end user support to all hospital departments as needed by serving as a focal point for communication as it relates to Helpdesk and Desktop Support.

Position Qualifications: A minimum of 3-4 years in a help desk support position (preferably in healthcare), intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office XP suite experience and technical related computer skills, the ability to provide accurate/quality answers/resolutions to questions called in or emailed to the help desk. Maintain a positive attitude and strong customer service skills under stressful conditions. Familiarity with Meditech client server software considered a plus.
